Kyle has spent his entire career managing quantitatively driven, systematic investment strategies. He leads QST's investment process including all research and risk management processes. He is dedicated to working with investors to deliver strategies that aim to enhance both their risk-adjusted and absolute returns.

Personal Side
Kyle lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and their three young daughters. He is an avid golfer, sports enthusiast and dog lover. He grew up in Appleton, Wisconsin where he developed his lasting loyalty to the Green Bay Packers before moving to Minneapolis and attending Bethel University where he received a BA in Business-Finance.
Luke Carlson
Treasury Portfolio Manager & Partner
Luke has spent the majority of his career consulting on treasury and cash management operations to Fortune 500 companies with a particular focus on Luxembourg entities where he specialized in implementing foreign exchange and hedging strategies. At QST, he manages each strategies' liquidity framework and cash management needs.

Luke was born and raised in Minnesota. His passion for helping others is evident to anyone who meets him and stems through his community. Luke lives in the Minneapolis area with his wife and their three young children. Luke received a BA in Business-Finance from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN. He is an avid car enthusiast, hockey fan, and country music lover.
